Abstract
The aim of this study was to evaluate the electronic readiness of patients and end users in the field of health in order to enter the mobile operator to provide mobile health services in Tehran. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. Data collection was done by questionnaire. The sample size was determined by using Morgan's table to the number of 384 people, and the sample selection was done by available sampling method. In order to analyze the data, a structural equation model method and Amos software were utilized. The findings of the research demonstrate that the effect of various dimensions of preparation, including technological preparation, motivational preparation, participatory preparation, basic preparation, and social preparation, on the electronic preparation of patients/end users in the health field is significant and confirmed. This is despite the fact that the effect of the people's preparation dimension was not confirmed. According to the findings of this research, it can be concluded that for the successful implementation of mobile-based electronic health programs, it is of critical importance to consider factors such as usefulness, factors influencing the adoption and use of these tools, interoperability, change management, risk reduction, investment return, confidentiality and security.
