Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of developing a model of knowledge management capabilities and identifying the qualitative and quantitative components affecting it in knowledge-based companies in the fields of nanotechnology and biotechnology. The current research was exploratory research with a qualitative nature. In this research, by using database theory and conducting interviews, the components of knowledge management capabilities were extracted. The research community included experts, and managers of knowledge-based companies in the field of nano and bio-technology using a targeted sampling method, and finally, based on theoretical saturation, 12 people participated as a sample. The findings showed that the causal conditions of knowledge management capabilities include the subcategories of technology, individual and human factors, cultural factors, structural and organizational factors, knowledge management processes, environmental factors and performance measurement; The consequences of knowledge management include knowledge consequences, psychological consequences, functional consequences, cultural consequences and communication consequences; The background conditions of knowledge management include communication and cooperation infrastructure, planning, material resources and skill base; Intervening conditions of knowledge management including human resource problems, organizational environment conditions and economic conditions; Knowledge management strategies include economic strategies, educational strategies, cultural strategies, human strategies and communication strategies. The fuzzy Delphi results showed that all the concepts related to the paradigm model of knowledge management capabilities had an acceptance threshold above 0.7 and the identified components for the paradigm model were confirmed. Therefore, providing some factors and conditions and eliminating obstacles using appropriate strategies can be effective in improving knowledge management capabilities and bring positive consequences for organizational performance.
