ارائه الگوی تسهیم دانش با تأمین‏کنندگان بر اساس جعبۀ سفید، خاکستری و سیاه با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری

چکیده
تسهیم دانش یکی از موضوعات مهم در علم مدیریت در هزارۀ جدید است که در بهبود عملکرد سازمان‌ها نقش حیاتی دارد. تأمین‌کنندگان شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب، به‌عنوان یکی از مستعدترین سازمان‌ها، برای شناسایی شاخص‌های تسهیم دانش با تأمین‌کننده در نظر گرفته شدند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر تسهیم دانش و ارائۀ الگوی تسهیم دانش در این سازمان‌هاست. این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد آمیخته انجام شد. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و پرسش‌نامه بوده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، مهندسان شرکت لیفتراک‌سازی سهند در شهر تبریز در نظر گرفته شد؛ زیرا از تأمین‌کنندگان شرکت ملی مناطق نفت‌خیز جنوب محسوب می‌شوند. نمونۀ پژوهش، به‌روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شد و شامل 28 نفر بود. از طریق فراترکیب، 82 کد، 112 شاخص و 3 بُعد اصلی شامل انتقال دانش، ترجمه دانش و تبدیل دانش شناسایی شدند. بُعد انتقال دانش شامل 4 شاخص (برنامه‌ریزی کیفیت، جلسه‌ها، برنامه‌ریزی تولید، گزارش‌ها)، بُعد تبدیل دانش شامل 3 شاخص (توانایی تأمین‌کننده، ضمانت تولید، تشریح مدل)، بُعد ترجمه دانش شامل 4 شاخص (مشخصات فنی، مشخصات عملکردی، قیمت، تأیید نمونۀ اولیه) است. این پژوهش نشان داد که شناسایی شاخص‌های کلیدی در تسهیم دانش، می‌تواند به توسعۀ الگوهای اثربخش در مدیریت زنجیرۀ تأمین کمک کند.

Providing a Knowledge Sharing Model with Suppliers Based on White, Grey, and Black Box Using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) Approach

چکیده English

Knowledge sharing is one of the critical topics in management science in the new millennium, playing a vital role in enhancing organizational performance. The suppliers of the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) have been considered one of the most promising organizations for identifying key indicators of knowledge sharing with suppliers. This study aims to identify and rank the factors influencing knowledge sharing and to propose a knowledge-sharing model in these organizations. This research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach. Data collection tools included library studies, semi-structured interviews, and questionnaires. The study population consisted of engineers from the Sahand Forklift Manufacturing Company in Tabriz, who are suppliers to the National Iranian South Oil Company. A random sampling method was employed to select a sample of 28 participants. The findings revealed that through meta-synthesis, 86 codes, 12 indicators, and 3 main dimensions—knowledge transfer, knowledge translation, and knowledge transformation—were identified. In the knowledge transfer dimension, four indicators were recognized, including quality planning, meetings, production planning, and reports. The knowledge transformation dimension included indicators such as pricing, supplier capability, production guarantee, and model clarification. The knowledge translation dimension encompassed three indicators: technical specifications, functional specifications, and prototype approval.This study demonstrated that identifying key indicators in knowledge sharing could contribute to developing effective models in supply chain management.
